Bank Loan Case study project got rejected thrice and now I have no attempts left. What to do now nor there is anything mentioned in th feedback column?

Hi team, My Bank Loan Case study project got rejected thrice along with the video and now I have no attempts left. What to do now nor there is anything mentioned in th feedback column? I have successfully submited every other project and they got accepted in 1 attempt. I have no idea where was the issue and what's lacking in it. Moreover how would I be able to get access to the Hr list, Resume template and other documents also whatr about the refund policy? Please let me know what can I do now as soon as possible? As only a week is left for my course to terminate. Thank you ~Ananya Gupta
