Regarding live session

It takes very long time to upload recording of live sessions then how would we cover up the things. It's really making idle because there are working professional too who can not always join the live sessions, so more and less they are dependent on recorded session. If this doesn't being on time then how would we cover up the things. I dropped mail regarding it but no action taken yet and still waiting for the quick resolution Kindly bear this in mind and help us. Thank you
