project 4 Hiring Process Analytics

In hiring process the data set contain column name "Post Name" have category -> array(['c8', 'c5', 'i4', '-', 'i7', 'n10', 'b9', 'i5', 'i1', 'i6', 'm6', 'm7', 'c-10', 'c9', 'n9', 'n6'], dtype=object) category values. in this project, we need to change the values in specific type of format or not , like all category startin from 'c' and '1-10' number like ;c1.c2.c3....,c10 . there is confusion. 'c-10' here is hyphen '-' is this need to change like c10 .I get confuse what type of format should use.
