I am unable to load my casestudy 2 dataset in mysql workbench for project 3

I keep gettiong this error: Error Code: 1290. The MySQL server is running with the --secure-file-priv option so it cannot execute this statement whenever I try to upload the dataset into tabe.I have also moved the file to the securefilepriv path.
