Study material and Practice materials

Is there any books and study material provided to us or by only watching video we have to learn everything. Also what about the practice material/software where i can practice topics what has been tought in video session.? which tools need to be install, where i can get it, is trinity is going to provide tools/software/app? Because only by watching videos no one is going to learn anything.
