Host didn't start graduation interview

I completed all projects and booked 7:30pm slot for the Graduation Interview but the host did not start the graduation interview. I need to know the follow-up whether I should reschedule or I will get mail from ur end regarding the rescheduling. I am writing this so that this doesn't affect our refund policy. Thanks
