No further update after completing all task successfully

Hi Trainity Team, I have completed all my projects including portfolio project on 5th Nov 2024. After that got a pop-up directing me to apply for refund (No any update or pop-up for graduation interview is receieved) I done the same then its showing under review. Since that more than 2 weeks gone still under review and no any update yet. Placement resources tab is also locked and yet not available for me.
