Delay in course refund than initially promised

I completed my coursework and graduation interview back on 10 December 2024, And during the interview I was told that my refund would be initiated and would be reflected on my dashboard within 2-3 days. However, it's been more than a week now, and I still haven't received my refund. I've reached out multiple times to support@trainity.in inquiring about my refund status, and their response has consistently been to "you will get the refund, have patience." My question is, how much longer should I expect to wait for my refund? How many more times should I reach out to support@trainity.in? Additionally, could you kindly explain why the refund is taking so much longer than initially promised?. Not just this i have tried messaging you on instagram too kingly let me if you will solve this issue and refund me or not
