Importing local dataset in Mysql is disabled

I have tried all possible method to load data in mysql as mentioned in the guide video(Operation Analytics and Investigating Metric Spike Advanced SQL). Local data importing is disabled in my tool, I spent lots of time fixing the issue, but I was not able to configure my tool settings. Where as I was able to do the same in MS SQL server, I have completed the whole project in SQL server, and i got the results as well. I'd request you to accept my project.
