Not Checked the project yet.

My project which I submitted on Submitted on 20th Dec, will be checked by 27th Dec has still not been checked and approved. Please do it asap. I have got 3 days left for full refund. If I submit the portfolio before that It will be considered right? Or is it considered on the date of approval?
