About course Refund

I m tired of sending Mail to Trainity support i finished my interview on 10 december And they told me that it would be initiated within a few weeks but there is literally no response from their side The only thing which i can do is Sending mails and im jus getting a automated reply from your end Please Do something Trainity because i dont even have a hope that i ll get any reply....Plzzzz
