Placement resources

Hi, I wasnt able to complete the projects with in 100 days due to some personal emergency. I know money will be refunded if we are able to complete all the projects within 100 days subject to approval. Im fine if i dont get the money, however what abt other ones like placement resources etc, am i still eligible for those once i complete the projects?
