Fee refund Delayed

I have completed my cource 2 months ago and i have been writing to your mail since then...everytime there is same excuse the refund will be inititated soon...but now you have stopped replying to mails as well....kindly inititate my refund because i feel 2 months are enough for you to repair your support system....kindly make it asap
