Career Tasks Still Under Review & Placement & Refund

It has been several days since I completed my Career Tasks, but they have not been reviewed yet. I even reached out to Trinity Support via email, and they assured me that the issue has been escalated. However, despite their assurance, there has been no further progress. This raises serious concerns about professionalism. Is the focus solely on enrolling students and providing pre-existing content without any real support? There is no clarity about refunds or placement assistance. While refunds might not be a priority, at the very least, there should be proper support and guidance regarding placements.
