Refund and Placement Resources

The refund is under review for the past 23 days, it's okay if i don't get the refund but what about the placement resources, it's locked too. I was sold through your advertisement about getting placement help but in reality the process is so slow. I understand there might be several other candidates in queue but why 23 days can you please suggest the next steps or atleast give a response if I'm not suitable or something so that we don't waste each other's time.
