Profile page doesn't show anything

My profile doesn't load in trainity dashboard space doesn't load. l have tfied everything i could do. I inspected the page and i see that the server doesn't process my profile page. It has been this way for the past one week. Kindly see to this as an important and critical need for the user of this course. Expecting to hear from you guys soon. thank you.
