delay in starting my class

Due to personal reasons i was able to start my classes only today. it shows to submit the first project before 19th Jan. when asked About this query in webinar they responded like you can resume classes when you are free.what should be done further?can i receive full information on what to do here after?how to get full advantage of dashboard?
