Project Submission Deadline

I have a question regarding why i'm seeing project submission deadline i.e. before 7th feb, even though i didn't started it yet i have planned to complete the learning videos first and then start doing project one-by-one, does my deadline to complete first project is 7th feb to be able to get max score along with the refund and also my deadline to complete the whole course 98 days from today or not??
