Delay in Project approval

I have submitted my 8th project on 7th feb but it has not been reviwed yet, all my previous projects got reviwed within 2 days of submission. it seems like Trainity is a Scam like other Course Providers, when it came to fee refund they have intentionally delayed my final (last) project review so that later they can give reason for failure to meet the fee refund critaria. And the funny thing is my portfolio project i.e. project 9 got reviwed and approved within 2 days of submission, project 9 got reviewd before project 8. when i enrolled there was proper support but now when i have reached close to completion and fee refund level, they have stopped replying to my mails and messages. there is no reply of multiple mails sent and on linkedin too.
