My profile page is not displaying anything

My profile page doesn't load in the trainity dashboard space .i inspected the page and i see that the server doesn't process my profile page.it has been this way for the past few days .kindly see to this as an important and critical need for the user of this course . Expecting to hear from you guys soon. Thank you.
