Project 1 ( Real-life situation - Data Analytics )

I not able to understand the Projects that I have to complete. I am not aware of the Dashboard that where is the Project and Which Project is to be completed. I have asked Uma, She only suggest to go with the guidelines, but which guidelines and where it is? By any how, Today I have Completed Project 1 ( ( Real-life situation - Data Analytics ) and when I was submitting Its asking for Loom Video Link too. Let me know , how to make video with Loom and is it mandatory for all Pojects to submit with Video too? Also checked You Tube but there mentioned after 5-6 projects video Link is mandatory.
