Urgent: Graduation Interview Not Visible on Dashboard

Dear Trainity Support Team, It has been 8 days since my 100-day deadline ended but, the Graduation Interview option is not visible on my dashboard. As per Trainity’s policy, the Graduation Interview is the next step for my refund process. Please update my dashboard immediately and so that I can schedule my Graduation Interview at the earliest.
