Project approval pending

I have submitted my third project that is Operation & Metric Analytics on 24th March. It is already 11th April. Why is it still not approved? I have mailed a number of times to trainity but no one cared to reply! We get no help from your side. No one is there to clear the doubts, no live classes are arranged. I am sure I am not going to get any career assistance from you. And also this is your plan for not even giving the refund. You will just keep the projects on hold without approving them. I doubt I will get any certificate of completion for this course. I don't know what will you get in future by being scammers and downgrading your platform. Absolutely disgusted!
