re submission date error

i had submitted a project and it got rejected. i plan on working harder to get the desired results. i would like to notify that the re submission date provided by the proctor is 6th april. just to have clarity, does it mean 6th may as 6th april is not valid at this point or is there any other submission date i should know? thankyou
