want to known my mistake

hello sir/ma'am, I wanted to known that I submitted my project 2nd Instagram User Analytics properly with each and every task screenshot . my score is deducted by 10 I got only 10 out of 20 . I want the appropriate reason so I can improve my report and not repeat my mistake again . and I also submitted it before time line.
