Sir, I am working in an Excel file with a basic SUMIF formula. Sometimes the formula gives an accurate sum, and sometimes it does not sum properly, and I cannot catch the problem. Can you please help?

Note that SUM column is calculated with SUMIF formula Actual Sum is calculated manually. None of the Categoury column is missing or blank, None amount column is blank or error, all amounts are in the number format (Checked with text to column in the Data Tab). How can i fix it.. I am not able to catch the error and doing the work manually.
