Dear Trainity Team, I am writing this, to express my concern as it has now been 33 days since I was informed that my refund would be processed after completing all required projects and my graduation interview. However, I still haven’t received any confirmation or update regarding the refund. I have been patiently waiting and following up through email, but there has been no resolution. I kindly request a final confirmation and timeline for the refund process. I truly appreciate the learning experience at Trainity and hope the team will honor their commitment.
