NO REFUND GIVEN

Team Trainity, I am writing this post express my growing frustration regarding the delay in processing my fee refund. Despite completing my graduation interview successfully on 28th January 2025 and continuously following up on this matter, I have received no meaningful updates or resolution. Your previous response assured me that the refund process would resume shortly and that updates would be provided via email. However, over a month has passed since then, and I am still waiting for any progress or communication. This level of delay and lack of transparency is unacceptable and unprofessional. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to escalate it further.
