Refund and Placement Assistance Locked

Its been nearly a month since I have completed my graduation interview on 14th April 2025. I was told that the refund would be processed in 2-3 days. Since then, no reply to my mails are being given as well as there is no update in the refund section of the dashboard. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing behaviour from Trainity. Please give update as soon as possible.
