I’m writing to seek your guidance regarding Project 3 – Operational Analytics and Investigating Metric Spikes. I’ve carefully reviewed the project description and tasks, but I’m having difficulty understanding several aspects of the assignment, especially how to approach the data analysis and write the appropriate SQL queries. Specifically, I’m facing confusion in the following areas: Understanding the objective of the two case studies and how to start the analysis logically CASE-1. How i can add data by myself? Structuring the SQL queries for the same. Interpreting the results of the queries and translating those into actionable insights.
