Doubt Regarding Project 2

my doubt is ablut the dataset in project till this time i always use csv files datasets to analyse and i always use postgres . but in this the dataset is in word document .so can u help to successfully upload this data set into postgres or maybe also in mysql. I know hoew to create database ,tables and all but how to insert that much data into the database
