Refund Still Not Received (Overdue Since 15 May)

Dear Trainity Team, This is my frustration regarding the refund confirmed in your email dated 15 May 2025. You clearly mentioned that the refund would be processed within 7 business days, but it has now been over 4 weeks and I have still not received the refund or any update. This delay violates your own refund policy and constitutes unfair trade practice under Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I request immediate attention and resolution.
