Dear Trainity Team, It has now been over a month since I requested a refund, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive any response or resolution from your side. This continued delay is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I urge you to treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and provide a clear update on the refund status immediately.
