Fee Refund Status

I have successfully completed all 8 Data Analytics project along with the Portfolio project within the 100- day deadline. Additionally, Also got approved within the timeline, Took 1 attempt, Which is eligible for Refund Policy. Completed Graduation Interview as well. But still the status is "under review". Could you please let me know when can i expect the refund to be processed?. Even i have mailed to support@trainity.in, Receiving only automated reply, not the solution.
