Refund not processed

Team Trainity, I am writing this post express my growing frustration regarding the delay in processing my fee refund. Despite completing my graduation interview successfully on 14th April 2025 and continuously following up on this matter, I have received no meaningful updates or resolution. I got the official mail from your team that my refund is approved and will be processed in 7 days on 15th May 2025. However, over a month has passed since then, and I am still waiting for any progress or communication. This level of delay and lack of transparency is unacceptable and unprofessional. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to escalate it further.
