i have completed the projects+portfolio. no updates about the fee refund

its been ~14 days, I completed the requirements for the eligibility of full fee refund. There has been no communication about the process. I would want some clarity on why its been "under review" for so long. Starting to think it was just a false claim and they just wanted students to enrol.
