Empty calender, no reply of email, need a reply on call or whatsapp

My calender is empty and no live sessions scheduled instead of promising 2 live sessions on weekends. also the videos in the learning section are simply Youtube videos posted 1 or 2 years back. I also wrote email regarding this but no reply and their is no contact details of custumer support. please kindly reply
