Refund is not given as promised

I have completed the projects, learnings and the targeted minimum points i have 275 points, all done in given Time. I had 40 days remaining since last project was submitted. Last submitted Project date was - 25/7/25 . Also mailed on that day. Still refund is not initiated till now its been a very long time, i had tried calling and mailing since then still no response nothing.
