Trainity website, support mail not working

I have already completed all my projects within 3 months of time but now, the website is not accessible, mail is not getting delivered to the trainity support. The whatsapp no. provided for the contact is showing now unregistered. Not able to reach anyone from Trainity. The person who was assigned for onboarding is also not answering to any messages nor picking up calls. What kind of service is this? Also going through the website it's showing Trainity domain expried.
