UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND TABLE

I am unable to undestand table job_data. Kindly give some precise insights about the table and case study 1. In the project, their is questions based on monthly basis, weekly or perday per hour. and the data given is for 6-7 day. even the events took few seconds to get done. how could i handle the data for getting results.
