regarding a problem discussed in chap4: nested queries

q - find the records in the dataset for the very first date where crime is recorded. the solution provided in the video may not be appropriate as MIN() function is used and using min funtion here doesnt guarantee that that we get the oldest date. pls refer to screen shot.
