Date type for given data

Im using workbench. I am not able to import full data of events and email event. Rows are been skipped. Is it okay to run query on those many imported ? Data type of occurred_at is text . i tried modify to datetime but im not able to. i also tried in excel first and then import but error. how do i use given date?
