doubt

I have just joined this program with no knowledge of data analysis...can you please walk me through the way how to do learning on this platform...will there be live sessions or the pre prsent resources...also clear this for me...my dashboard shows project 1 is ongoing and its says submit before 31st Jan..is this deadline compulsory for all because i just joined the program??
