Query regarding a question in project 2

In project 2 part B Investor Metrics there is this question Your Task: Provide how many times does average user posts on Instagram. Also, provide the total number of photos on Instagram/total number of users Here what does average user mean? Do I have to find out the average no. of photos posted? or does it have any special meaning? Just trying to confirm what I have to do?
