Data Coversion Error

Sir like in 3rd lecture you told us how to change from text to column , I am unable to do so. I have a seprate XLSX file in which I have a date column, It show isnumber as False, but nothing happens when I do so, I have tried all 3 method recommended by google but nothing happens, It takes loading time and back to square 1
