Refund Rejected and Placement Assistance Locked

After completing all the projects, 9 to be precise and watching/studying all video lectures, completing everything on time within the decided days, still my refund was rejected for no reason and also the placement assistance is locked and no one care about anything in terms of assisting post the completion of projects and course. What kind of training program is this, I mean, Why everything is placement assistance is locked. Why No one from the management team bother to respond or reply. The certificates are showing up since weeks but no once cares. I want my money refund back else stop claiming such promises and KINDLY open the placement assisstance section.
