Project 3 Case Study 1

From the first case study in Project 3 : In the table information it says that "Time_spent" column is in SECONDS. In the first question we have been asked to find number of jobs reviewed "per hour". Does the question here have mistakenly said seconds instead of Minutes?? Is it a mistake or what is it i am misunderstanding here?
