regarding mail reply

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the lack of response from your company. Despite purchasing a course from you, I have repeatedly reached out via email, only to be met with absolute silence. This level of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer service. It is both frustrating and infuriating to be ignored, especially after investing my hard-earned money into your course. I demand immediate attention to this matter and a resolution to the issues I am facing as my mail is been continously ignored..Its high time that i should approach to the high authority
