Project rejected twice

Hi. My project was rejected twice. I have provided solutions to all the questions in my report and also provided a video for explaining my project. May I know the reason as to why it was rejected? Is it that I need to mention more explanation in my report? Much thanks. It will be better to know the reason for rejection of a project. Thanks.
