create table command

sir, please help me in creating table and columns in the sql. When i am giving the command i am not able to create a table. after running the command and refreshing the schema tab, i am not able to see the changes in left side schema box and information box. sir please help me with this. I am not able to move forward with the practice due to this. Please solve my query asap sir.
